★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創建の場所は八幡台である。中世の末期、山田館主が鎮守として建てた八幡の宮がはじまりとされる。天正年間(1573~1591)の後半、安東氏の内紛による湊騒動で山田氏も滅びそのとき焼失した。藩政期に入り、寛文2年(1662)、石川九右衛門が現在地に再興した。石川神社ともいう。
 The place of construction is Yawatadai. It is said that the Yawata shrine, which was built by the owner of Yamada as a guardian at the end of the Middle Ages, started. In the latter half of the Tensho era (1573-1591), Mr. Yamada was destroyed by the Minato riot caused by Mr. Ando's internal conflict, and was burnt down at that time. In the 2nd year of Kanbun (1662), Kyuemon Ishikawa revived at his present location during the feudal era. Also known as Ishikawa Shrine.
