★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 作業員の方に迂回路を聞いたところUターンしろと言われ、「指定されたルートも一度通ろうとして迂回路の看板があり入れそうになかったが、本当に通れるのか」と確認した。しかし「え？！ああ？！」とキレられ、子供もおり怖かったため、これ以上話すのは無駄だと思い「じゃあいいです。」と去ろうとした所、物凄い声と顔で怒鳴り散らされ、棒？のような物を振り回して暴れられた。
すぐこちらに電話をかけさせて頂いたが、すみませんでしたとは言われたものの、「うちの職員がそんな事するとは…」「どうかお許しください」と言われ怒りが治りませんでした。謝罪があまりにもなっていない、現に被害を訴えたのに信用されなかった事にがっかりです。
今後このような事がないように職員の教育はしっかりして頂きたいです。

Oh ?!” and some children were scared, I thought it was useless to speak anymore, so I tried to leave, “I'm fine.” I was shouted with a terrible voice and face, ? It was rampaged with something like that.
I called you right away, but I was told I was sorry, but I was told that "My staff would do that ..." and "Please forgive me", and my anger was not cured. I'm disappointed that the apology wasn't too much, and I didn't trust it even though I appealed for the damage.
I would like the staff to be well educated so that this will not happen in the future.
