★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺ではなくラーメンを食べてみました。太麺は少し苦手ですが、こちらのお店はラーメンのスープもつけ麺のスープみたいにコクのあるほんのりとろみスープで、麺にしっかり絡んでいたので美味しくいただけました。夫婦で行き、旦那は煮玉子をべた褒めしておりました。確かに黄身トロでスープの味が染みてこちらもおいしかったです。２人してスープもしっかり飲み切りました。
鶏白湯がメニューにあったのに販売されていなかったのがちょっと残念。
店員さんはバンダナ巻いて大声で元気という感じはなく、シャイというか少しクールな感じでした。

I'm not good at thick noodles, but this shop has a slightly thick soup that is as rich as tsukemen soup, and it was delicious because it was firmly entwined with the noodles. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和4年の1月上旬に鹿島神宮へのお参りの途中で、前年から1年ぶりに昼食で再訪問。
つけ麺を煮卵とシナチクからをトッピングで頂きました。
つけ汁は濃厚ですが、食べた後はそれほど油感は残らず柚子のほのかな風味でさっぱりと食べられます。
シナチクもいつもの短冊ではなく、穂先まである細目の一本が歯応え良くとても美味しかったです。
On the way to Kashima Jingu Shrine in early January of the 4th year of Reiwa, I visited again for lunch for the first time in a year from the previous year.
I had tsukemen topped with boiled eggs and cinnamon.
The soup is rich, but after eating it does not leave much oiliness and can be eaten refreshingly with the faint flavor of yuzu.
Shinachiku was not the usual strip, but one of the finer ones up to the tip was crunchy and very delicious.

豚骨魚介スープ(海老油入り)とあったので濃い目のスープを想像したのですが、後味スッキリとして飲みやすかったです
浅草開化楼の麺を使用してるので、麺も美味しぃ⤴️
店員さん達も気持ちいい接客でした(*^-^)
ですが… 私的にはスープのインパクトが弱かったのと、麺の味を堪能したくて太麺にしたのですが細麺？と思うくらいでした
今回は総合して普通にしますが、次回は期待を込めて違う物を注文したいと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのつけ麺美味しくてよく食べに行ってましたが、食べ終わって帰った客が残したものを見た店員が、「忙しいときにこれは本当にやめてほしいよね」って結構大きめの声で言ってるのが聞こえました。気持ちはわかりますが、それ他の客に聞こえるように言う必要あるんでしょうか？プレッシャー感じるので自分はもう行かないです。
ラーメンは食べたことないのでわかりませんが、つけ麺は美味しくてオススメです。
The tsukemen here was delicious and I often went to eat, but the clerk who saw what was left by the customer who returned after eating said in a rather loud voice, "I really want you to stop this when you are busy." I heard I know how you feel, but do you need to tell other guests to hear it? I feel pressure so I won't go anymore.
I haven't eaten ramen so I don't know, but tsukemen is delicious and recommended.

とろみがあって獣臭がなく魚介の香りがいい感じです。
濃厚豚骨も魚介豚骨も両方美味しかったです。
麺もスープもトッピングも全て大好きなのに、
ランチに味玉サービスだったのを知らずに券売機で味玉付きを買っていて、女性店員さんから特に説明されることなく券を渡し、あとから来たお客さんには説明していたのを聞いて知りました。
男性客には払い戻しをしていたので驚きです。
金額の問題ではなく、差別的な態度が気になります。
ラーメンを置くときには説明がままならず(ごにょごにょって誤魔化すように言って終わり)、呂律回りにくいなら仕方ないと思っていたら、夫のを置くときはちゃんと言えてるんですよね。
他の男性客にもちゃんと説明出来ていたこと、店員さん同士で話す声の方がハキハキしていること、初回は私1人で行ったので女性が嫌いなの？と疑問を持ちました。
ラーメンは本当に美味しいのでたった1人の店員さんで☆減らさなきゃいけないのが残念です。
これからも通いたいお店なので改善して頂けたら嬉しいです。

子ども用椅子1脚と子ども用カトラリーもご用意あるので、お子さま連れも大丈夫そう。
ラーメンの味は王道の少しどろっと系の豚骨。うまい。
チャーシューにもう少し味が欲しいところ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魚介系のラーメン食べたく、グーグルマップで調べ行きました。
つけ麺がオシなのかラーメンを頼んでもつけ麺でなくて良いか問われます。
濃厚豚骨魚介ラーメンを食べました。
スープは、ほんわかゆずの香りの優しいマイルドでありとても美味しいです。麺は、もちもちの太麺であり噛みごたえあり美味しかったです。久しぶりに完食しました。
また行きたいと思います。
