★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて牛角の食べ放題に来ました。やはり90分だと忙しない…注文も最初はスムーズに来てたけど、途中でピタリと来なくなり、待ってる間にお腹が膨らんで、最後に注文した商品が一気に来たので、消化するのがしんどかった。
時間とのにらめっこしながら、食べた感じ。私達には、120分の所がやはりいいかな…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの牛角は何より接客が丁寧で素晴らしかった。上大岡の牛角は接客も肉も微妙だったので抵抗あったが同じ牛角でもこんなに違うのかと驚いた。肉も味が良くコスパが良くて近所の高いマイナーな焼肉屋より全然良い。なんでいつも混んでいるんだろうと思っていたが納得出来た。ただ、いつも混んでいるので予約して行ったほうが良いと思われます。

大人２人子供２人同じ値段です。
母の誕生日にと、美味しいお肉をと思いプレミアムのコースにしました。
お米は炊きムラなのか炊ききれていないようで、とてもまずかったです。
冷麺にいたっては甘ったるく、食べたことのない味に困惑するほどまずかったです。
ラーメンは麺同士くっついてしまい、茹で
すぎもあるのか、ワンタンかと思うほどでした。
２度と行きません。
こんなに払いたくないと思った食事は初めてです。
だいたいなんでも美味しく食べれるたちですが、大変ショックです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回で2年ほどの間に3回目の訪問でしょうか。
小さな子供を含み予約したのですが、子供にはありがたい座敷席に、子供用の食器、ストロー・蓋付きのマグも抜け目なく準備していただいていました。
また、(恐らく)店長さんをはじめ、他の店員さんの接客が毎度とても素晴らしく、気分良く食事を楽しむことができました。
また是非伺わせていただきます。

I made a reservation including small children, but I was thankful for the children, and they prepared tableware for children, straws, and mugs with lids.
Also, the customer service of (probably) the store manager and other clerk was very nice every time, and I was able to enjoy the meal comfortably.
I will come back again.

新しい商品としてブリスケットスカートというカルビ系の肉が追加されましたが、これが脂身の味が良く美味しいのでお薦めします。

5,6年ぶりに訪ねてみたら、接客が凄く良くなっていて驚きました。
追加オーダー、網の交換、空いた食器の下膳などタイミングを見計らって頻繁に来てくれるし対応も丁寧。
接客品質については他のチェーン店より良好です。
一方で肉の品質は相変わらずです。良くもなく、悪くもなく。
カルビ系は比較的良い方。牛角カルビは以前より良くなっていました。
上カルビステーキは価格の割に満足感高いと思います。
逆にロースとハラミは以前より品質低下しています。以前は普通のハラミでも十分美味しかったのですが、今は多少金額アップしても上か王様ハラミを選ぶべきです。ロースも通常品は全然旨くないです。
サイドメニューではやみつき塩キャベツがお薦め。
商品力は正直もう一つですが、リーズナブルですし何より接客品質が高い事から、また来ようかと思わせるお店です。

They come frequently at the right time, such as additional orders, net replacement, and empty tableware, and they are polite.
The quality of customer service is better than other chain stores.
On the other hand, the quality of meat remains the same. Not good, not bad.
The kalbi system is relatively good. Gyu-Kaku ribs were better than before.
I think the upper rib steak is very satisfying for the price.
On the contrary, loin and skirt steak are of lower quality than before. In the past, ordinary skirt steak was delicious enough, but now you should choose the top or king skirt steak even if you increase the amount a little. Loin is not good at all.
Addictive salt cabbage is recommended for the side menu.
To be honest, the product power is another thing, but it is a shop that makes me think that I will come again because it is reasonable and the quality of customer service is high above all.

店内も普通にお客さんで混雑気味でした。
