When we arrived we tried to decide if wanted to sit down normally at a table or on the floor the traditional way , we decided on the traditional way on the floor with a small seat. To order you just put the number of the item you wanted onto the IPad and then it would be delivered to your table. Then you could cook the meats or vegetables the way you wanted.
