ぽ	ぽん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度が悪すぎます。星一つすらつけたくありません。コロナ禍で大変なのはわかりますが、社員がバイトにお客さんのいてる前で他のお客さんの悪口言っていたり、電話で電話先の方に売上などの話を怒鳴り散らしたり終始空気の悪い雰囲気でした。こちらが不快な気持ちを現すと当該社員はトーンダウンしましたが、一緒に働いている方々も大変だなと思いました。レバンテ垂水店には二度と行きませんが改善されることを願い餃子の王将本社にメールを送りました。店長からきちんと当該社員に事実確認し、どのように改善されるかまできちんとお返事くださりました。何度かこちらのお店には来店していたのでこのような社員はいなかったので偶々だと思いますが、餃子の王将でこんなにひどい接客対応されてる社員をみたのは初めてでした。この社員と働く同僚の方たちに心から同情します。味は美味しかったですよ。 The customer service attitude is too bad.
