★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 所謂、小杉のタワーマンション地区の一部はこの中学の区域に入るのですが、児童数はあまり多くなさそうです。私立に流れる学生も多いのでしょう。登下校中に見られる生徒は純朴そうで、田舎の中学生と変わらないように見えます。女子の場合、制服で敬遠するのかもしれません。
吹奏楽部が結構有名らしいです。
