け	けいこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付のハマトラ（古い！）おばさんの対応が市民に『差別的」。ペコパの松陰寺みたいなアイシャドウの人。知り合いとはぺちゃくちゃ喋り、そこにタイミング悪くきた一般市民は高飛車に案内されました。他の職員がとても丁寧な接客だっただけに残念です。受付は行田市役所の第一印象で「顔」なのだから、こういう横柄な方がいたのは残念でした。市役所の主？ The response of Aunt Hamatora (old!) 早	早苗菊地 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市民課に用事があり行きました。以前は書類申請の記入場所に、説明してくれる職員が居なくて、書き方がわからず、悩んでいた人をみかける事がありました。今は案内してくれる人がいて、大助かり。また、他の職員も声かけや説明する態度がよくなっていました。いつの間にか、市職員のサービス対応が、改善していました。 I went to the Citizens Division for business. M	Miki Sekiguchi (抹茶しらたま) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の午前中開庁はすごく便利ですが、交代勤務の為、専門の方が居ない事が多く、平日に改めてになってしまいます。事前にどんな用事で日曜日に行くと連絡しておくと安心ですね。PayPayや楽天ペイでの税金支払いが出来たりと便利になってきましたが、車椅子専用という駐車場等の表示を見るとまだまだ、差別的だなと思いますね。 Opening the office on Sunday morning is very convenient, but due to shift work, there are often no specialists, so it will be a new weekday. 野	野口秀之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3階建て、1Fが市民系、2Fが市長、役所運営系、産業系、3Fは議会系ですかね。日曜開庁もしてます。(ただし午前中のみ) 市民課はいつも込んでます。埼玉りそな銀行のATMもあり、出張所もあります。 3 stories, 1st floor is civilian, 2nd floor is mayor, government office management, industrial, 3rd floor is parliamentary. 金	金丸三喜男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ むっちゃ古い建物! 観光にチカラを入れてるせいか、観光課の応対も丁寧。街中に出ても、各お店観光客に親切。市をあげての取り組みの成果か？此処も凄いけど、大観光地に良く見かける傲りみたいな物を感じず、気持ち良く見て廻りました。体験工房なども、冷やかしです、と、言ってもとても良い対応をして頂きました。今後も役所が先頭に立って　愛される行田を　構築してください。気持ち良く観光出来ました、ありがとうございました??
