カラーをお願いしたのですが事前予約の際に全頭ブリーチをしていることや縮毛矯正をかけていたことなどを伝えていたにも関わらずカラーをして流した後に「本当ならこの髪の傷み具合なら断るんですけどね」と言われ、乾かしている時に素人目から見ても色ムラが酷く仕上がりが最悪でした。きっと流している際にしっかり染まらなかったのがわかり保険をかけたのだと思います。でもそれなら染める前に言うべきだと思います。また、ホットペッパーではロング料金別途とだけ記載されていたのにボブくらいの長さで行ったところ「毛量が多いので別途料金頂きます」と言われました。確かに自分は毛量が多いですが毛量で追加料金を請求されたことがなかったことや、予約の際にも書かれていなかったので驚きました。もう二度と行きたくないなと思いました。
