M	Moi chi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの通販を利用させていただきましたが、その対応に疑問符があるので投稿させていただきます。 [写真１枚目]届いた商品を見ると凹みが [写真２枚目]凹みは光学機器をのせるレール部分に盛り上がりがあり水平を保てません。 [写真３枚目]通販担当者に返品・交換の可否を尋ねたところ凹んだ上から塗装されているので製造時についたものであると認めましたがそれもこの製品の仕様であるので返品・交換はできないとの事でした。機能に影響のないキズであれば納得いきますが肝心の光学機器を載せることができないことも仕様だと言われるのは心外でした。でもそれがお店の判断であるなら仕方がないと諦めましたが、同じ思いをする方が出ないように商品ページのレビューに今回の件を記載し送信しました。ところがです、７日たっても商品ページにレビューが載りません。どうも都合の悪いレビューは載せない方針のようです。もう少し正直に誠意ある対応をお願いしたいところです。なお、修理の方法については丁寧にアドバイスいただきました。 I used this mail order, but I will post it because there is a question mark in the correspondence.
