★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて回らない寿司屋さんに勇気を出して1人で突撃してみました。鮮度、味共に大変おいしく、その上で値段もとても良心的です。そして大将もとても気さくな方で、楽しく会話をさせていだき、居心地も良いので気付いたら営業時間を終えていたにも関わらず長居しておりました。その節は大変ご迷惑をおかけしました。大将がお客さんや常連さんのことをとても大切にされている方で、今時のSNS等での宣伝もしっかりとされており、世間に対してのアンテナも高く張られている方です。同じお寿司屋さんで昨今増えているチェーンの回転寿司等も美味しいと私は思いますが、それとはまた「別の物」かつ「本物」で、そこに大将の「真心」が加わったこちらを味わって貰いたいと思います。
昔ながらのこんな素敵なお店が末長く続いて欲しいと心から願っております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅の近くにお寿司屋さんがあり、本日初めて夫と訪問してみました。
まずにぎりを(普通と上にぎり)を頼みました。
久しぶりに美味しいお寿司を頂いたら箸がとまらず、単品で大将のおすすめの鯵とアナゴを頂きました！鯵は東京湾でとれたものみたいです！その場で捌いてくれました。あなごは、とてもふわふわしていてタレの味もすごく美味しいかったです！帰ろうと思ったら、まぐろのすき身を見てしまい思わず細巻きをオーダー！本マグロを使用していて、とてもクセがなく食べやすかったです！
また訪問したいと思います！
