★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place 3 times since last year. The biggest issue is they always ask customer to fill out which is in Kanji, no Romaji. Look, we want to buy a car, not filling out some questionnaire.
Last year I was looking to buy a kei car with my budget under, could not get it, so I bought different car - Honda CR-Z from other car dealership in Gunma.
This year in April I went there again looking to buy my second car after I saw the advertisement on their website, but yeah... after someone called me - not very nice, maybe because I do not speak Japanese fluently. The guy who called me was quite rude, asking about other dealership where I compared.
Finally I bought my second sports car - Mazda Roadster in a dealership Kanagawa.
If you want to buy a used car and looking with reasonable price and do not speak Japanese fluently, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
