二年ほど前に行ったときは車を買わなかったのですが、先日伺った際、店の改装がされており、キレイになっていて、またスタッフの方が真摯に対応してくれたので良かったです。 正直なところ中古車に偏見がありました。Gulliverさんは予算に応じて掃除をしてくれたり、整備内容をオプションで加えているそうです。私の場合は多少高い買い物にはなってしまってもキレイな車に乗りたいし、お金をかけて整備をだして、安全な車に乗りたいと思っていたので、予算オーバーはしましたが結果として大満足しています(*^^*) 車の価格説明に関してもカーセンサーなどで詳しく説明してくれて、ぼったくりみたいなこともなく安心して買えました!車の価格ってわからないですからね。きっとすごい研修を受けて現場に立っているんだなぁと痛感しました\(^o^)/ 車の保険のことまで考えてくれたのには驚きました。ただ車を買ってそれで終わりではなく、支払いに無理がないか、税金のことやガソリン代、車検に保険を払っていけるかまでトータルに考えてくれて保険もそのままお任せしてます! 性格柄、結構神経質な性格なのですが、あとから希望ナンバーにしたいとか、ナビを別のものに変更したいとか、タイヤを替えたいとか、何度も連絡をしたのですが、休みの日にも関わらず、すぐに対応してくれて感謝しています(^o^) 車を買うのって数年に一回とかだとは思うんですけど、お友達とか紹介できたらしようと思っています! 担当者の方本当にありがとうございました!\(^o^)/

先日中古車を購入。 対応は最低です。恐らく高利益、高単価の車を購入する人にのみ対応が良いのではないでしょうか? 各種書類を用意し提出した所までは良かったが、ガリバー側の書類手続き不備により納車まで7〜10日程遅れ。 人的ミスは仕方ないにせよ、納車タイミングは担当者がどうしても立ち会うとの事でスケジュールを合わせて納車日を決めるが、当日決めた時間に受取に行った際別件対応をしており納車は別のスタッフの方が…。 ミスに対する謝罪は愚か、対応していた席から軽く会釈して済ませるお粗末な対応。 車両受取の際にシートにカバーがついていたので社内のクリーニングしているのかと思いきやホコリまみれ。 前所有者から買取したまま引き渡していた様です。 エアコンの調子が悪かったりと納車してから2週間程度でトラブルが多く、点検の意味を改めて考えさせられる買い物でした。 当初は良い対応で好印象だっただけに納車まで数日間でのこの対応はお粗末過ぎ。 100万円以下の車両購入はこのお店でしない方が良いでしょう。 他の方のレビューで好評価が多い以上、価格で差をつけてるとしか考え難いです。

弘前のガリバーなくなったんですね。車の査定出したら長々とくだらない話聞かされ廃車代は頂かないので0円で引き取りますって言われてびっくりしました。何社か回って一番最低の見積りでした。ちなみに他で15万で引き取りしてもらいました。もうガリバー行くこともないし名前聞くのも嫌です。あんな店なら無くなっても当然ですね。
