y	yuu s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年9月に納車となり、すぐにスマートーキーの反応が鈍くなりました。対応をお願いしたのですが電池交換のみできちんとみてもらえず。その後もすぐにスマートキーの反応が悪くなったので、担当の方にメッセージで連絡を取り合っていたのですが、いきなり返事が返ってこなくなり1ヶ月経過、店舗に問い合わせたら、担当者は退職しましたとのことでした。引き継ぎもされてないので、詳細は分かりませんと言われました。店舗に行っても、対応に関しての謝罪の言葉もなく、とても残念な気持ちになりました。結局、きちんと見てもらえなかったので、近くの日産で見ていただき、鍵が水没しており基盤がダメになっている事がわかりました。 10年保証で鍵の交換代はガリバーさんで支払って頂けたのでよかったですが、、、今回初の車検です。10年保証の条件なのでお願いしました。今回の担当の方は連絡もしっかりとって下さり、LINEも丁寧ですので、安心して任せられると思いました。以前の対応の悪さに対しての星の数です。 The car was delivered in September 2020, and the response of the smart key soon slowed down.
