★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入目的で入店し、探しているものや用途を言ったものの、最初から最後まで「GUCCIのアイテムを買う資格はない」というようなあからさまな態度をとられ、大変気を悪くしました。合わないかもしれない、ふさわしくないかもしれないと何度もニヤニヤしながら言われました。言葉遣いも態度も最悪です。髪の毛をクルクルにセットされた男性店員でした。
入口で迎えてくださった人は良い人でした。購入目的で行ったのに、恥ずかしくなってすぐに退店しました。最悪です二度と行きません。
高島屋の方の店員さん方は対応がとてもよかったので、横浜で訪れるなら是非そちらをおすすめします。
I entered the store for the purpose of purchase and said what I was looking for and what it was used for, but from the beginning to the end I was very offended by the overt attitude that I was not eligible to buy GUCCI items. I was repeatedly grinned that it might not fit or might not fit. The wording and attitude are the worst. It was a male clerk whose hair was set in a twirl.
The person who welcomed me at the entrance was a good person. I went there for the purpose of purchasing, but I was embarrassed and immediately left the store. It's the worst, I won't go again.
The clerk at Takashimaya was very helpful, so if you are visiting in Yokohama, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何十年も前のグッチのバッグを持ち込み、修理の依頼をお願いしたところ、一時間近く手続きをした後に預かってもらいましたが、一ヶ月後に結局うちでは修理出来ないと言われ郵送で預けたバッグが帰ってきました。
とても残念です。
I brought in a Gucci bag decades ago and requested a repair, but after completing the procedure for almost an hour, I was asked to leave it, but after a month it was said that it could not be repaired in the end and I mailed it in The bag is back.
It is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/11(土)彼のクリスマスにベルトを購入しました。本当にたまにしかハイブランドを買うことが出来ないので、お店に入るまですごく緊張しましたが、お店の方は気さくに話しかけて下さいました。特に対応して下さった、Nさんとお店の前に立っていたYさん。ありがとうございました。次はネクタイ見に行きます。
I bought a belt for his Christmas on Saturday, December 11th. I was really nervous until I entered the store because I can only buy high brands once in a while, but the store talked to me kindly. Mr. N and Mr. Y who stood in front of the shop especially responded. Thank you very much. Next, I will go to see the tie.

こちらの店舗の女性スタッフは皆さん良い方です。
ただ、他の方も書かれている様に男性スタッフでは疑問を感じる方が居ます。
私が購入を検討している際（接客は女性スタッフから丁寧に対応頂いていました）、遠巻きに何度もチラチラ様子を伺っていました。
何を目的に見られているのか知り得ませんが、好意的な視線で無いことは明らかで、非常に印象悪いです。
こちらの店舗で購入した事もありますが、この様な対応をされる方が居る店舗で、今後も購入する必要はないので、是非とも改善して頂きたいです。
Recently I've been addicted to GUCCI and loved it. It is mainly wear, not back.
The female staff at this store are all good people.
However, as other people have written, there are some male staff who have doubts.
When I was considering purchasing (the customer service was politely handled by the female staff), I was asked about the flickering situation many times.
I don't know what the purpose is, but it's clear that it's not a positive line of sight, and it's very unimpressive.
I have purchased it at this store, but I would like you to improve it because it is not necessary to purchase it at the store where there are people who respond in this way.
