あ	あきら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず行ってみて驚いたのが無人でした(°_°)店内に誰もいないんです。お客さんとかじゃなくて店員がいません（笑）電気もついてないしやってないのかと思いキョロキョロすると普通に営業らしき方が駐車場で洗車…あれーそこの駐車場に車停めたのに気が付かないとは思えないし完全に無視されてます。せっかく来ましたが不快だし帰ろうかと思ったところでなんと隣の喫茶店の女の子が飛んで来てくれましたΣ（・□・；）可愛く謝られてとても愛想よく検討中の車両を聞いてもらえオッサンなので一瞬で上機嫌(ﾟ▽ﾟ)その後その子に営業マンらしき人を連れて来てもらい目当ての車を見せていただきましたがやっぱり他の方も言っているように買うなら買えば的な態度で、この店ずっと付き合っていけないと感じたため辞めました。綺麗に洗車してもお客さん無視するなら何のために綺麗にしてるんでしょうね、残念です… The first thing that surprised me when I went was unmanned (° _ °) There was no one in the store. 竹	竹原ホセ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年前にこちらで車を買い、2年間の保証をつけました。保証内容としては不具合が発生した場合に画像の箇所の保証対象部品を交換してもらえるといったものですが、店側が不具合を確認できなければ保証は使えず、部品が完全に壊れてからでなければ保証は使えず、といった感じです。不具合を確認してから保証申請する形になりますが、やる気がないのか遅い時は申請から修理開始まで2ヶ月以上かかる場合があります。本社や他店舗の方に聞いたところ保証申請してから修理開始までは1~2週間が普通との事だったのでどうでもいいと後回しにされてるのかなと思いました。更に保証で修理してもらう際の部品は基本的には新品ではなく中古部品を使うので古い車だと場合によっては修理してもらってから数ヶ月でまたダメになるといったことも考えられます。アフターサービスは期待しない方がいいです。保証の値段も高いので車を買う際は保証無しで買って関係を断ち切った方が絶対にいいと思います。店員の態度もあまり良くないのでご注意を。追記車検整備の際にブレーキフルードとクラッチフルードの交換を頼み施行してもらったところ、エア抜きバルブに工具が残ったまま車を返却されたので、整備の方も不安要素しか無く本当におすすめできません。整備だけならと思って行くと最悪痛い目を見ることになるかもしれないのでここ以外で他の信用できるショップやディーラーに車を持ち込むことを強くおすすめします。 I bought a car here two years ago and got a two year warranty. You shouldn't expect after-sales service. The price of the guarantee is also high, so when you buy a car, you should definitely buy it without a guarantee and break the relationship. Please note that the clerk's attitude is not very good. Postscript When I asked for the brake fluid and clutch fluid to be replaced during the vehicle inspection and maintenance, the car was returned with the tools left in the air bleeding valve, so I can't really recommend it because there are only uncertainties in the maintenance. It is highly recommended that you bring your car to another trusted shop or dealer, as you may end up with the worst pain if you just think about maintenance.

ろ	ろぴ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S2000を購入目的で電話をし来店しましたが、実際に行くとぶっきらぼうな態度で車も奥の方にあり汚れていて、バッテリーも上がってました。また車内も汚く、ビニールのようなゴミが入ってました。車は良いのに態度や管理が悪く買わない方が良いです。 I called to buy the S2000 and came to the store, but when I actually went there, the car was in the back and it was dirty, and the battery was dead. お	おもちおもち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 納車まで約3週間、見に行ったときと違う状態で納車されます。ナンバーのメッキのフレームは外され、マフラーは別のに交換されます。整備は一切行われません、整備ではなくお店のスタッフの欲しいパーツを取られるための3週間ですね。社外マフラーでしたがマフラーは低グレードのマフラーに交換され純正だと言い張られます。その為、調子も悪くなりディーラーでみてもらいました。マフラーはこちらから言わなければ返して貰えません。クルマを売ってからの対応は悪く発送にも時間がかかります。他にも気づかないパーツを取られてる気がしますよね。ネットで記載されてる内容をスクショしてあったので気づきました。こちらで購入をする方、考えてる方、記載内容のスクショしておいた方がいいです。高評価の内容の薄いクチコミは身内の方やスタッフがしてくれたんでしょうね〜。その努力をお客様へしてあげるといいと思いますよ。 It will be delivered in a different condition from when you went to see it for about 3 weeks. あ	あらすかさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう6年近くお世話になってますが、思ったことは2〜3回に1度程のペースでなにかしらミスがあります。些細な事から場合によっては大きな事故に繋がりかねない事まであります。自分はオイルフィラーキャップのOリングがアンダーカバーに落ちていたり、オイル関連の部品のキャップがエンジンルーム内に放置されていたりしました。小さなことかもしれませんがとても不安になります。スタッフの方は接客態度など親切な方が多いですが工場自体なのか企業全体なのかは分かりませんがチェックが甘いのでは？と思いました。オイル交換などでしか行かない客に対しては適当にやられてるんでしょうか？ I've been indebted for almost 6 years now, but I thought I made some mistakes at a pace of about once every two to three times.
