★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やっと見つけたお家の近くのケーキ屋さんで、初めて伺いました。
ケーキを選びつつ店員さんに「バースデーケーキは出来ますか？」と伺ったら「1週間前に言って頂ければ」とのことだったので「お願いしたい時にはお電話したらいいですか？デザインとかメニューとかありますか？」と伺ったら「うちはバースデーケーキに力を入れてないのでそういうのはやってません」とのことでわたしは「近くにケーキ屋さんがないのでもしバースデーのケーキ用意して欲しいってなったらお電話したらいいですか？」と伺ったら「他にもケーキ屋さん探せばありますよ」と言われてしまい、別にデコレーションケーキを作ってほしい訳じゃなくて、可能かどうか、どんなケーキがあるのかを聞きたかったのに、他探せばあると言われやっと見つけた近くのケーキ屋さんなのに気持ちを踏みにじられた気分でした。
ケーキはショコラというチョコレートケーキを買いましたが濃厚でギッシリしていてとても美味しかったです。

As you can see in the reviews here, the customer service is too bad. It was unfriendly and unpleasant. The cake is not delicious for the price. Convenience stores were still better. Not recommended.

正直、全種買えば良かったと思うほどです。
他の口コミに接客について書かれていますが、特に悪い印象は無かったです。むしろ、入店してからずっと立たれていたので、選ぶのが遅い自分はお店の方に申し訳ない程でした。ケーキの味と金額を考えればサービス内容は妥当かと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋でお気に入りのお店。口コミ通り、ケーキは丁寧でおいしい。味はザ.ドイツで、好きな人には替えが効かない。でも無愛想な接客は思い出しても憂鬱になるので、体調が良い日しか行かない。接客が良ければ、もっと人気が出るのにと思うけど、一人で作れる量は限りがあるから、バランスはいいのかも。
