神戸市中央区加納町。三ノ宮エリアで屈指の洋食店に、友だちと2人で訪問。 開店30分前に着いたら3組目。一巡目は確定。開店時には20名以上の行列に。早めの行動が身を助く。 さて、2階の小上がりテーブル席へ。 なかなかに急な階段。 注文したのはこちら。 ・ビーフカツランチ ・日替わりランチ ・播州赤穂産カキフライ (単品) ビーフカツは、写真ではカツ断層がわかるようにしていますが、普通に閉じた状態で供されます。 ミディアムレアな揚げ具合。赤身肉だけど、ていねいに処理してあって、適度にやわらか。肉汁もしっかりと閉じ込められていて美味。 この日の日替わりは、ビーフシチューとメンチカツ。ビーフシチューを少し味見させてもらったら、牛肉とデミグラスソースの一体感がスゴい。 単品の播州赤穂産カキフライは、タルタルではなくマヨネーズソースで食べるのが、かえって新鮮。中粒で旨みの濃い牡蠣で、サックサク美味。これ、無限に食べられるんじゃなかろうか… ライス少なめのオトナ判断で、ちょうどよい満腹感。これで、午後の仕事に差し支えなし。 味はもちろん、スープに好みで粉チーズを入れられるのもユニークだし、かな〜り満足でした。 席数は多くなく(4人がけのテーブルを2人で使ったりするので)、並んでいるときに注文を受けるものの、回転は早くないので、開店30分前には到着しておきたいところ。土日なら、もっと早いほうがよさそうです。

もうずいぶんまえから評判の洋食屋さんで、再訪するのは10年振りくらいだろうか。 前の味の感想はすっかり忘れているので、期待して早めに行って待って入店した。 2階の座敷に案内された。 メニューを見ると、どれもおいしそうで、悩んで、大好きなパークチャップとオムライスを注文した。 店内は満席。 やってきたのは、パークチャップ、オムライスともデミグラスソースがかかっている。 ケチャップ好きの私は、特にパークチャップはケチャップ味で食べたかったので、とても残念でした。 お肉も、筋が切れてなくて硬い食感があり、ちょっと残念。オムライスは、及第点と言ったところでした。 期待値が高かっただけに、肩透かしにあった感覚。 神戸には、洋食屋の名店と呼ばれる店が多く、食べるには行列することが多いけど、飛び抜けておいしかったお店は思いつかないです。

Omelet rice was just about to say the point. As the expected value was high, it felt like it was on the shoulder. In Kobe, there are many famous Western restaurants, and there are many lines to eat, but I can't think of a restaurant that was by far the best.

人気の洋食屋で開店間もない時間だが並びが出来ていました。 週末だったためか客層は若い女性やカップルがほとんどでした。 回転が遅いので1時間程度は待ち時間覚悟したほうが良いです。 ビーフカツレツを注文。 肉は柔らかくレアな焼き加減。 歯応えはあるが簡単に噛み切れるので食べやすいです。 やや量は小ぶりで少な目な印象です。 デミグラスソースは甘みよりも苦味を感じる本格派。 ご飯は大盛無料。 大盛にしたが300g以上あり特盛といっても良いほどの量であった。

One of my favorites in Kobe. This place is 10-15-minutes distance from both sin-Kobe sta or Sannomiya sta. I recommend going to lunch time, since they serve value lunch meal. I personally recommend beef cutlets. Of course take-away and having it along the Ikuta river is another option.

They call themselves a "western restaurant" and at the same time tout their "omurice" (rice omelet) which is definitely non-western. I went with my wife and the food was satisfactory, but we were not especially impressed. However, I must admit there is almost always a line outside (which in Japan may be as much about marketing as food quality). Lunchtime lines seem to be the longest.
