★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明日は今シーズン初のハーフマラソン。腰から背中に掛けてやや張りがあり痛かったのでグリーンさんで調整してもらって来ました。身体を捻っても痛みもなく、明日は良いコンディションでレースに臨めそうです。
 Tomorrow is the first half marathon of the season. It was a little tense from my waist to my back and it hurt, so I asked Mr. Green to adjust it. There is no pain even if I twist my body, and it looks like I will be able to race in good condition tomorrow.
