P	Phillip TB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After last week's snow (end of January 2021) this ski resort was very nice! The runs are good for beginners to intermediates but there are no challenging courses for advance skier/snowboarders. Needless to say you can still have a lot of fun here.

The staffs are super nice!! you need to pay 3000 JPY for the wear and 500 JPY each for gloves and google. You need to pay 300 JPY more for a big locker (you can share with your friend tho, 1 locker can fit up to 3 people I guess, depends on how much the belongings). It was my first time to try ski and it is harder than I thought! but japanese people that skiing in there help me a lot whenever i fell. LOL. truly a great experience I got here
J	Josh Nicholls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! I live in Niigata city. Today pretty much everything was rained out. I came here chasing bluebirds. No regrets. My favorite resort of the season. If you are beginner to intermediate this is a blast I’m a intermediate skier with a beginner confidence Mainly green and red runs, nothing to make you work too hard. Parks, waves, moguls, trees, jumps and lots of things to jump, bounce, twist, turn. Just so much fun! The bluebird only lasted 3 hours, I drove 5.5 There’s also a nice kids area, a couple restaurants, heaps of gear hire. Only 4 lifts but long and fun.. Also first time for me on a high speed quad..like a rocket ship. I’m raving and ranting coz it was just such a f#$n fun blast of a place. Can’t wait to go back

The runs are not particularly steep but they are reasonably long and are serviced by a high speed quad chair. Far enough from Tokyo to dissuade the Tokyo day trippers, so lift lines are rarely very long. Nice little hidden gem. The approaching road can be a little treacherous in icy conditions.
