田	田中裕司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身体に優しい食事が出来ました。特に玄米と十穀米が物凄く美味しかったです。しっかり食べたのにお腹の中では何も食べていないようなくらい胃に優しかったです。また豆乳プリンに付いてくる黒蜜が今までに食べたことないくらいの本物でした。六甲アイランドから食べに来た甲斐がありました。近ければ、リピーターになること必至。大切な人に教えて上げたい、そんなお店です✨ I was able to eat a body-friendly meal. 1	13 ciervo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堺東駅から踏切を渡ってすぐのお店です本日のランチは３種類。バランスプレート1,130円（税込）にアボカド唐揚げ丼とシラス丼でした。バランスプレートのメインは鳥団子とゴボウあんかけでした。ご飯は玄米か十穀米を選べます。メインに付くお惣菜、お味噌汁、サラダは、いずれも野菜中心で薄味です。また、野菜は無農薬とのことですので、食後には、身体が整ったような、充実感があります。ランチとセットにすると、ドリンクや小さ目のケーキも安くなるので、うれしい限りです。 It is a shop just across the railroad crossing from Sakaihigashi Station Today's lunch is 3 types.
