GRACE ALLEY - Osaka

I had my eyelashes done today as well as a haircut. Fortunately, they scheduled a last minute appointment for me the day before. The staff here are amazing, kind, and professional but above all else they provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I am extremely happy with the final product, eyelashes and hair! When I come back to visit Japan, I will definitely stop by again. Thank you so much for everything!!!

I highly recommend going to Grace Alley for a haircut and color. I have been going to the same hairdresser in the states for the last 24 years so was nervous to try someone new. TK made me feel very comfortable and put my mind at ease. He is very professional and has lots of experience. I was a little worried that there would be a language barrier since I don’t speak Japanese but TK is very fluent in English and explained everything that he was going to do as well as giving some good hair tips. My cut and color is wonderful and the salon is very relaxing. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent! I am satisfied with the service and friendly hairdresser named TK. He has excellent skill and gave me good advice on how to take care and style my short hair. I highly recommend this hair salon for those who are looking for English speaking hairdresser and great service. The location is so strategic just less than a minute from exit 1 Nakatsu station. You’ll see the building right in front of you. Nice decor inside the hair salon with big window and tropical plants. Good job Grace Alley team!

Great atmosphere and great staff members! My friends and I went there to color our hair on our vacation to Japan and had a great time! Tk speaks great English, so foreigners would have noe problems getting their hair cut here. Would definitely come back.

Needed a haircut desperately, so I found Takashi, who did an excellent job and gave me advice on hair care and styling. His staff was super friendly, and I loved the chic decor in the hair salon. If you come to Osaka and need a hair cut, go to him ?

If you are looking for a Hair Salon with excellent service and English speaking staff then Grace Alley is the place you are looking for. I am one of those customers who lets the hair stylist do the job. I usually criticize the salon based on that. And well, Grace Alley didn`t disappoint me. TK san did a great haircut and also had chosen the best hair color which fits well with my olive skin tone. I guess I have found the Hair Salon to go for in Osaka.

If you’re looking for a professional, capable and awesome place to get your hair done, I highly recommend this place!! Especially if you don’t speak Japanese, have no fear of language barriers here. Takashi (he said to call him “TK”) is a really nice guy who tries his best to give you a great style. He’s a perfectionist who kept checking back to see how the bleach was developing in my hair. He took his time with painting my hair, and I did not feel rushed at any point. In fact I felt very appreciated and Takashi put me at ease from the start. I could tell by how confidently he handled the tools that he was a very experienced stylist. I showed him a picture and he modified the cut a bit to suit my face. He also recommended that I try using purple shampoo to gradually get my hair more white after bleaching rather than doing a damaging and expensive process like using toner right after bleaching. He gave me a few styling tricks which I also appreciated and I walked away feeling like he went the extra mile and I made the right choice. Some places don’t know how to treat foreigners. They will talk about you amongst each other and laugh at you in their language and while you don’t speak it, you just know it’s happening. Grace Alley is not at all like that. They are very nice people and truly professionals. To top it all off, they are directly across from the metro station so very easy to get to, they play awesome music, they have yummy snacks (try the hot yuzu tea, trust me!) and prices are not completely outrageous. If you want to get a great hairstyle and feel pampered, come here! If I lived in Osaka, this would be my “go to” spot! My hair also washed and styled well after leaving the salon which is a great sign of a job well done.

It was my first time at Grace Alley, and it was a great experience! TK is a skilled hair stylist and is careful and attentive. I felt comfortable the entire time and knew my hair was in good hands. I will be returning!
