★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 膝の痛みでお世話になりました。先生もスタッフのかたも親切でした。リハビリをしましたが、2階なので開放的で明るかったです。広さもあり密にならなず良かったです。またよろしくお願いします。
I was taken care of by my knee pain. The teacher and staff were kind. I rehabilitated, but it was open and bright because it was on the 2nd floor. It was good that it was not dense because of its size. Also thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診察室に入っても院長が患者の眼をしっかり見ないでのは印象悪い。症状を説明してもカルテを見るのが忙しいのか？返事をしない事が多く、患者は戸惑う。触診は適当、治療の説明は早口で不親切な感じ。リハビリのスタッフは明るく親切だが、受付はイマイチ暗い。
It's a bad impression that the director doesn't look at the patient's eyes even when he enters the examination room. Are you busy looking at the charts even if you explain the symptoms? Patients are confused because they often do not reply. Palpation is appropriate, and the explanation of treatment is quick and unfriendly. The rehabilitation staff are bright and helpful, but the reception is not good.

整形外科ですが、ビューホットという治療は東海地区で初ということです。
丁寧に対応してくれたのでよかったです。
Went with troubled Takiga treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 陥入爪で診察してもらって手術が必要だが医者から「手術はしたい手術としたくない手術がある。あなたのはしたくない。」と言われた。
痛くて悩んで病院に行ったがなんの解決もならなかった。
なんなら「他の病院に行ってくれ」と言われた。
ちょっと考えてから病院に来てと伝えられたがとりあえずの薬は何ももらえなかった。
ほんとに医者なのかって思った。
こんな病院は二度と行きたくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 部活の怪我(骨折)で息子がお世話になりました。夕方痛みがでたので、電話をして対処法を丁寧に教えて頂いたので不安がなくなりました。次の日も休みでしたが、怪我の消毒をしていただきました。先生は、部活がしばらくできなくて落ち込んでいる息子と色々話してくださって少し元気がでたようです。大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。
