d	dorango27172 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 呑み鉄本線日本旅で六角さんが夜に出向いた店。自分も津軽乗り鉄しようと計画した際、この番組を見直し貝焼きみそが気になりましたので訪問しました。初日はストーブ列車で既に?を呑み酔いが廻っているなか訪問。既に酔っぱらっているせいかナマコを美味しく頂きました。正直、珍味でクセ?が強くシラフやあまり酔っていない時だとちょっとキツかったかもしれなかったです...他に活ホタテや貝焼きみそ頂きました。この日は結構酔っぱらっていたのでもう一度貝焼きみその味を再確認したく翌日も来店。なるほど貝の上で卵とみそを混ぜ合わせて焼くので「貝焼きみそ」なんですな... カウンターで過ごしていましたが後ろのテーブル席からきこえてくる津軽弁がなんだか心地よかったですね。? A friendly shop run by a landlady and a son, a shop that I stopped by on the Seiji Rokkaku drinking iron main line.
