first of all there is a quiz that visitors can fill out regarding some trivia found in the museum, and you get a special card if its correct.
second, the museum itself has a lot of really nice aoyama work in it, not just conan but other stuff too!
and the museum shop is really nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my family know Tottori for two things: the Sand dunes and the city of detective Conan. I think Gosho Aoyama Manga Factory is a worth place to visit. It's located around 1.4 km from Yura station a.k.a. Conan Station, but you might not feel it because along the way you'll find lots of ornaments about Conan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A museum dedicated to the artworks of the beloved artiste. Highly recommend visitors to participate in the short quiz to earn a collection card if you get all questions right.
The museum is interactive and has stations for you to better understand the comic. However, note that the stone statues and other photo points are not in the museum itself, but at the Conan Road (5 minutes drive).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The city of Gosho Aoyama(the writer of Detective Conan,manga) that you can see the character of "Detective Conan" around the city.The factory manga is so small. It’s just 2nd floor on a small house. I like the city but just 1 time to go is enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting find at a far-flung place. For fans of Detective Conan, this will be a pilgrimage destination. Its author works out of the small town, and this happens to be along the less-travelled western coast of Japan.
Has a number of his early and production works on display, as well as a shop featuring related products such as anime and collectibles.
Be prepared for a long journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main purpose of my family of five's visit Japan in December, 2014 was to visit this museum and to buy merchandise of my children's hero to their hearts' content. We also took the opportunity to visit the quiet vicinity, where you could find traces of the creative comic author's presence. It was a dream come true to my family and I was inspired to liberate more of my creative capacity to achieve more, not in the comics field though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here during Golden Week 2021 and even though there's a lot of people٫ the parking space is huge and can accommodate crowd.
This is perfect for a family trip--kids٫ parents. It was fun! Without a fee٫ you can just walk around outside and take pictures with the statues!
