D	Desu Coichan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今や全国区となった湯長酒造。普段はこの場所でのお酒の販売はされていません。生酒に拘り、今では一升瓶での販売は行われていません。それには理由があり、開栓後は早く飲みきれる量である事みたいです。鷹帳と風の森のブランドがあり、風の森は全てが生酒となります。お燗用の風の森type5も生酒になっています。フレッシュで飲みやすく、微発泡なものが多いです。最も甘いタイプはブルーのラベルの雄町だと思います。これだと、日本酒が苦手な人や女性にも受け入れやすいのではないでしょうか。 Yucho Shuzo is now a national district. サ	サクラチャチャメル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しいお酒そして美味しい酒粕毎年、霜月祭で、初絞りのを買うのが、楽しみでしたがコロナ禍で、霜月祭はなく・・・残念冬は、油長さんの酒粕がないと酒粕は、まだまだ絞れる状態なので、ふわふわ御鍋にいれると、溶かさなくても、勝手に溶けます。それが、この酒粕の美味しいだけじゃなく、良いところ、調理しやすい✨ 良いお酒を作る事で、副産物のこの良い酒粕が出来るんだなぁ風の森が欲しい方は、ここの蔵元さんでは買えないので、近くの商店街の酒屋さんで購入出来ますよ Very delicious liquor And delicious lees I was looking forward to buying the first squeezed one at the Shimotsuki Festival every year, but it was a corona disaster and there was no Shimotsuki Festival ... sorry.
