レシートを見て、なんだかおかしいなと思い、お店に相談しようと何度も電話しても、忙しいのか全くでない。留守電にもならない。
インターネットに本社？のような所の記載があったので、そこへ電話をかけて、お店から電話を折り返して貰いました。
数分後、折り返しの電話があり、やっとお店の人と話が出来ました。
料金の確認をして、また折り返すとの事で再び電話がありました。
やはり料金を間違っていたのですが、それについては悪びれた様子も謝罪の言葉も無し。
店に来た際に返金するので、プリペイドに返金でいいですか？とのこと
そうじゃないんじゃないか？と文句を言うと、大変申し訳ござません。とやっと謝罪の言葉。
間違いは誰にでもあるし、
間違い無いのがベストだが、そうもいかないので、間違ってしまったら、しょうがないと思う。
万が一、間違ってしまったら、そこからだと思う。
店に電話をしても出ない。
料金を間違えても来た時に返せば、それで良しの感覚。
間違った事に対して、謝罪の気持ちは無し。
私がおかしいな？と思わなかったり、
おかしくないか？と電話をしなかったら、シメシメの感覚なんじゃないか？と感じました。
私はもう二度と利用しないことを告げました。
