★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『美酒の設計』を始めとして、いろんな日本酒を用意しています。地元のソウルフードの『親どり』も食べる事が出来ます。焼き鳥に明太子がのっていたり趣向の懲らしたメニューが多いです。お客さんの飲み加減の様子をみながらドリンクオーダーを取りにくる呑ませ上手なお店です。店舗入口前にテイクアウト用に隣接してお店が出来ました。
