ソケットの浮きを見つけたので「大丈夫ですかね⁇」と店員さんに尋ねたら、あまりいい顔はされず…
その番手は奥の工房で対応してもらいましたが、他の番手は大丈夫でしょうか？と尋ねたら大丈夫ですとの事で店を出ました。
それから1週間も経たないうちに練習中にヘッドが抜けてしまいました…
対応してもらってない番手でした。
お店に電話して修理してもらえないか確認した所、お客様の保険で直してくださいとの事。
もちろん中古クラブなので全てのチェックは出来ないと思いますが、お客からの不安をないがしろにされた気分ですし、その後の対応ももう少し誠実な対応をして欲しかったです。
練習場と併設されてる貴重なお店ですが、その辺りの対応をもう少ししっかりしていただきたいです。

It is a valuable shop that is attached to the practice area, but I would like you to take a more solid approach in that area.
