★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 極楽峠はハイキングコースの方です。極楽峠パノラマパークからさらに山道をクルマで登った位置に車道のほうの峠があり新極楽峠と名付けられているようです。

道は山道ではあるけれども走りやすく、舗装もきれい。時折ミラーが見えづらいところもあったけど、クラクションで対向車に警告を鳴らしながらすすみました。でも対向車一台も通りませんでしたが。。
展望台はきれいに草が刈られていて、トイレもあり、阿智村、飯田市、南アルプスを見渡せるなかなかの眺望でした。
三十三観音をお参りしながら徒歩で登山をするのも楽しそう。
It is approximately 30 minutes by car than Achi village center.
Although the road is a mountain road, it is easy to run and the pavement is also beautiful. There were places where it was difficult to see the mirror from time to time, but I was warned at the oncoming car with horns and went to sleep. But I did not pass one oncoming car. .
The observation deck was cleanly grassed, had toilets, and had a good view of Achi village, Iida city and the Southern Alps.
It is also fun to climb on foot while watching the 33rd Kannon.
