松	松岡悠和 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すぐ近くにある「ごくう華」に電話予約したつもりが、本店のほうに掛けていたらしい。間違えて行ったが、すぐ近くなので歩いて移動できてよかった。店はカウンター８席くらい、奥に小さいテーブル２つくらい。けっこう狭い感じ。満席だったし。コートを掛けたり手荷物を置くのに困るかも。料理は、すでにいくつもレビューがあるよるに、ぎりぎりを攻めたかんじのレア。「生焼け」と言う人もいるとおもう。血のしたたるようなレバー、ハツ、なかの赤いモモ、など。好きな人は好きだろうが、カンピロバクター経験者としてはしっかり火を入れてほしかった。というか、そう言えばよかった。食べてから１週間くらいはドキドキ…。美味しいんだけど、だけどやっぱ怖いよ……。（あと炭火らしさがあんまり感じられなかった。たしかに炭で焼いてるんだけど、熾してるというより直火っぽいというか。感想として。）まん延防止をきっちり守って、８時半（８時だったかな？覚えてない）にラストオーダー、９時には退店を促された。「串８本コース」に加えて、砂肝、はつもと、ししとう、はらみ、を頼んだはず。しかし帰りながら、同行者が『そういえば（８本コースに含まれてる）野菜串なかったな？』『はらみも食ってないぞ！？』と気づく。どちらもお勘定にはしっかり抜けずに入っている。気持ちよく帰りたかったのに、なんだか残念。 I intended to make a phone reservation to "Gokuuka", which is nearby, but it seems that I was calling to the main store.
