ラ	ラザニア最高 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客面を苦言してる方が居たので、少し不安を抱きつつ利用しました。が、杞憂でした。恐らく、そのお客さんが本当に非常識な方だったり、横柄だったり、マナー悪かったからではないか？と思います。お店の方は、厨房に息子さん、レジにお父さんがその日おりました。その先客の方への接客も、とてもナチュラルでした。先客の方退店されると、いらっしゃいませの声掛けと柔らかい表情。ケーキを決めかねていたので、｢ナポレオンとミルフィーユどちらがオススメですか？｣とお聞きすると｢どちらもオススメですね～。でも、ミルフィーユは毎週必ず買いに来る方がおりまして…｣と、お話聞かせていただきました。終始、柔らかい物腰と、笑声。ケーキを決め、詰めて下さってるときに、新しくはじめた生チョコをじっと見ていたら、味見します？とお声かけ下さり、頂きましたが今までの生チョコで1番好きでした！このときに息子さんが、表に出てきて、挨拶してくださり、お父さんと会計済んでる？などのやり取り→試食して貰ってたからまだだよ→様子を見てお会計。連携も素晴らしい。お父さんが、もう食べなくて大丈夫ですか？と微笑まれ、本当は頂きたかったけど遠慮しました(笑) この声掛けも優しいなと思いました。長々と書いておりますが、本当に素敵なお店でした。また、購入したケーキも、優しさ溢れ、くどくない美味しいケーキでした。オススメです！ There was a person who complained about customer service, so I used it with a little anxiety.
