★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はっきり申し上げて、千葉県の中核を担う銀行としてはコロナ対策お粗末ではないか⁉️入口の目立つところには消毒液なし。更に片方の入口には無し。
もしかして千葉銀行さんは自己防衛のみ⁉️ATMの利用客は無視ですか?たまたま清掃にきたスタッフは手袋。
昼休みは清掃作業の為と書いてありましたが、タッチパネルはこのありさま? です。午後再開時には密にもなるし、千葉銀行としては感染症対策をどう考えているのだろう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大量の硬貨の入金に行きましたが、501枚以上だと550円手数料が掛かるということで、払込票の記入時は500枚以上はありそうですが何枚あるか分からず大体500枚と思われる数量を出して足りなかったら足りない分を出せば良いと言われましたが窓口では『数えてないものは受け付けられない』『大体で、とりあえずでは入金自体受け付けられない』としか言われませんでした。
払込票の記入時と全然違う説明ですし、他の支店では多少融通を利かせてくれましたが、払込票の記入時に明確に枚数が入金金額を書かないと受け付けないということも言われ、他支店では金額は書き込まずに受け付けてくれたのに大分対応が違いました。
高圧的な対応で、他支店でやってくれたとしてもここは五井支店なので。と何度も言われて解約しようかと思いました。
