支払いを先に済ませたのに、契約が結べない、解約手続きお願いします。だけ。形だけの謝罪、こちらが書類が揃い、審査が済んでからと話もしましたが大丈夫の一点張りですすめた結果だっただけに非常に腹立たしいです。
ここまで杜撰な対応は初めてでした。勉強になりました。
