ここで外構の見積もりをしました。
2週間くらい見積もりを出すのにかかると言われましたが、2週間後に連絡はありませんでした。
こちらからメールするも返信はなく、1週間後に電話をしたところ、『下請け業者が見積もりを出せていないからさらに2週間待って欲しい』と言われ、2週間待ちましたが結局連絡はありませんでした。
腹が立ったので店舗に行って文句を言ったら担当者はいませんでしたが、受付の人が言うには『まだ下請け業者が見積りを出せていないから2週間待って欲しい。』と言われたました。
結局見積りを依頼してから2ヶ月近く待って郵送で届いた封筒に書かれた名前は間違っていました。
さらに家は黒色のタイルなのに出来上がったパース図の家の外壁は白色でした。
下請け業者が見積りを出すのが遅れたようですが、連絡はここの社員ととっており、窓口はここの会社です。
しかし、担当者とは依頼後に一度も連絡もなく、謝罪もありませんでした。
当然下請け業者からの謝罪もありません。
外構の内容は違うにしても見積り金額も他の業者の2倍の金額で何もかも最低でした。

After all, I waited for almost two months after requesting a quote, and the name written on the envelope that arrived by mail was incorrect.
Furthermore, although the house was made of black tiles, the outer wall of the completed house in Perth was white.
It seems that the subcontractor was late in giving a quote, but the contact is with the employee here, and the contact point is the company here.
However, I never contacted the person in charge after the request and did not apologize.
Of course, there is no apology from the subcontractor.
Even if the contents of the exterior are different, the estimated amount was twice as much as other companies, and everything was the lowest.
