アマゾンとくらべるとかなり劣ります。
特に、初めて来るドライバーはどうしたら良いのかさっぱりわかりません(笑)
そして、待ち時間が長すぎます。
他に仕事有るのですよ！納品者、ドライバーの事など全く考えていない楽天センターですね。
Rakuten's delivery method and system are useless.
It is considerably inferior to Amazon.
Especially, I do not know what to do for the first driver (laugh)
And the waiting time is too long.
I have another job! It's the Rakuten Center that doesn't even think about the deliverers or drivers.

楽天さんへの荷卸し受付は、09時15分からなので9時過ぎに起きても余裕です。
正面向いて右手に登りスロープがあるので、送り状持って1階スロープの奥右手にホームがあり、ホームへ上がるスロープ登ったところが受付です。受付したら後は車輌に戻ってひたすら電話待ち！←これが中々ですから覚悟したほうが…?
