自治医大病院内から処方箋をFAXしておいても
結局、店頭に行ってからしか調剤しないようで、待たされます。
「処方箋FAX未対応」とでも張り出しておいて欲しいものです。
こんな状態で会計になれば、ご丁寧に「○○様〜」ですからね。あざといというか。
あまりの対応の悪さに他を探しました。
ちなみに、今回初めてプ○イム薬局自治医大店を利用したのですが、
確認したところ、FAX受け取りと同時に調剤開始しているそうで、
こちらでは待つことなく受け取れました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方が書いてある通り、自治医大から事前にファックス送っても準備をしておらず待たさせる。
送る意味が無い。
対応していないなら店内で案内するべきですが、たぶん働いている人はそこまで気も回ってない。
しかも準備も遅く、他に誰もいないのに、来店してからいつも10分くらい時間がかかる。
何してるんでしょう？
