恐らくマスターではなくバーテンダーさん（従業員）だと思います。
その方から最近別のバーテンダーさんに代わっています。
そのバーテンダーさん（中村さん）は全く癖が無くカクテルへの探究心も高く手の混んだカクテルを作ってくれると思います。
