★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星100個ですよ。店主は若くして調理の世界に飛び込んでますので、感性が群を抜いています。今は茨木を離れたので足を運べていませんが、かつてはよく通いました。自分の好みですが剣先イカマヨポン酢、鱧の天ぷら（カウンターだと目の前で骨切りを覗ける）、お刺身の盛り合わせ、海鮮炒飯など記憶に残ってます。ランチはコスパ最強でしたね。何故かこちらでいただくエビスビールは格別でした。3杯目からは芋焼酎でした。
店主は寡黙ですが、時間があれば退店時に店先まで見送ってくれました。当時のバイトの大学生の子も愛嬌がありましたね。コロナ禍ですが、もう少しの辛抱です。ワクチン接種も進み飲食業もまた賑わいますよ。頑張って下さい！

Lunch was the strongest in COSPA. For some reason, the Yebisu beer we had here was exceptional. From the third cup, it was sweet potato shochu.
The owner is quiet, but if he has time, he will see him off when he leaves the store. The college student who worked part-time at that time was also charming. It's a corona bruise, but I'm a little more patient. Vaccination is progressing and the restaurant industry is also busy. good luck!
