み	みゆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。二度と使いません。急いでいたのでタクシーの配車を電話でお願いしました。10分ほどで到着できると言われ待っていたら10分以上たってもこないのでもう一度電話をかけたらそのような配車の依頼はされていないと…呆れてものも言えませんでしたよ笑謝る態度すらなくキレたような口調で話されるわで腹が立ってもう他のタクシー会社に電話して依頼しましたが急ぎの用事だったのでタクシーの配車をお願いしたのに用事に遅れるわで最悪でした。皆さん使うなら絶対に他のタクシー会社をオススメします。 It's the worst. は	はらはら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低な電話対応。以前、名鉄岐阜駅から乗車しようとしました。駅にはタクシー乗り場がありますが雪が降っていた為、念の為に事前に配車センターに電話。｢タクシー乗り場に行けば何台も常に待機していますので｣と、女性がやや冷たい対応。まぁ確かにそうかもしれないと思い、電車に乗り込み名鉄岐阜駅へ。タクシー乗り場へ着くと、他社の車も含めて一台も居ない。改めて電話すると先程の女性が出た。全て出払っていて15分はかかるとのこと。そうなることを予想しての先程の電話だったのだが…。｢そういう場合もあるので。どうされますか？｣と言うだけで謝罪も無い。待ち合わせの時間が迫っていたのでこれ以上話しても意味が無いと考え、歩きながら他のタクシーを探しました。このことを後日、馴染みの飲食店で話すと店主も｢あー、あそこのタクシーね｣と苦笑い。たまたま隣に居た方も｢絶対あのタクシー会社は使わないって決めてる｣とのこと。まぁその程度の企業なのでしょう。社員教育すらまともに出来ない企業に未来は無い。 Worst phone support.
