★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gifu university does not fall in top 500 universities of world. So think before choosing to spend 3-4 years of PhD here. After PhD, no one will guide you for further career. No recommendation letter. They will just force you leave back to your country, though its not their job. They will not issue you recommendation letter for even another country or your own country institute.
