★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岐阜バスでSuicaが使えなくて困っていたら、ふんぞり返った運転手が「使えねーよ！」と言って睨んできた。一体どういう社員教育をしてるのでしょうか？因みに運転も荒かった。どう考えてもヨコＧ楽しんでる。お年寄りが沢山乗る路線なのに酷過ぎる。真面目に運転している他の運転手が可哀想です。岐阜バスで専用電子マネーは使えてもSuicaが使えない事、あの表示では乗車の瞬間には伝わらないですよ。

バス案内所も設置されており、エレベーター、エスカレーター、階段といろんな所に行きやすいようにJRの駅から繋がるバス乗り場です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20分とか平気で遅れる岐阜の事情で通勤帰宅時間に車が流れないのが原因だろうけど、じゃあそれに合わせた時刻表作っておけと、ほかの交通機関に乗り換える際に全く時間が合わなくて、スケジュールが狂ったことが何回もある、20分遅れようが運転手は開き直った態度でボソっと早口に乗り降り時に「ォ・・クレテサセンデシタ」←実際にこんな感じで言うだけ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岐阜バスの案内所は分かり易くて便利な所にありましたが、案内所と言うより切符販売窓口って感じですね。
岐阜に降り立ち、何番ホームに乗ったら良いか聞きましたが、ガラス越しの窓口では聞き取りにくく不便でした。
窓口の女性も、面倒臭そうな口調で対応していて不快でしたよ。
案内所ではなく”切符売場”に看板を変えた方が自然じゃないかと思いました。
バスに乗車していて、或バス停から乗ってきた婆ちゃんに“早く座って下さい！”と、如何にも“早くしろや！”って感じさせる口調でした。
以前聞いた事がありますが、“岐阜弁”はきつく感じる様ですね。
まぁ、窓口の女性も運転手さんも、悪気はないと思いますが、心の籠った感じが欲しいですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日たまたま忠節橋1のバス停を通りかかる時、明らかにバスに乗りたいがために急いで走っていた外国の方がいた。後ろから来た岐阜バスは、徐行することもなくバス停を通り過ぎました。たったあと10メートル程度。
その程度も待ってあげないのですか？停まってあげれば、たいして待つこともないくらいその方は近くまで来ていました。周りの誰が見ても大きな荷物をひいて走ってた外国の方。バスの運転手さんは一体何を見て何を考えて、通り過ぎたのでしょうか？12時少し前くらいに西に向かって走って行った岐阜バスの運転士さん。
もう少し人間味のある対応をお願いします。
