話題のE-BIKEを試乗しました。他店には無くGIANT店に来ないと見る事すら出来ないので来ました。モノすごい綺麗な女性店員さんに説明されドキドキして耳に入りません。試乗中 外で待っていて下さり2周しても良いと言われましたが寒かったり花粉舞ってる中、待たせられませんよ。店のルールなのか是正するべき。かわいそうです。駐車場が狭いですがGIANT専門店なのでそう混んではいないので大丈夫。綺麗な店舗でした。

GAIANT名古屋さんにおじゃましました。 お洒落な店内で敷居が高いかなと思いましたが、女性の店員さんの親切丁寧な説明で気持ち良く即決でクロスバイク escape RX3を購入させていただきました。

近所にジャイアントの正規ストアが無く、少し離れているこちらに車にて伺いました。 店舗正面の駐車場は狭くて帰りに車を出す際に難儀しました。 後で調べた所裏手に第二駐車場があり、こちらは非常に駐車しやすそうでしたので、車の方はこちらの方が利用しやすいと思います。 店舗に入ると平日昼過ぎだからか、先客は2組程でした。 スタッフの方は4〜5名居ましたが「いらっしゃいませ」の声は特に有りません。 店内をぐるりと周り、お目当てのギアコーナーへ。 数名のスタッフとすれ違うものの全く反応はありません。基本的にほったらかしで、皆様黙々と各々の作業をされています。 折角正規ストアに来たので色々と聞きながらギアをチョイスしたかったのですが、皆様忙しそうなので自力でスマホで適合を調べるはめになりました。 その後会計に向かい、数点の買い物を終えてレジを離れる際にスタッフの方々から無機質な「ありがとうございました」の声が。 入店から退店まで会計の時以外、皆様終始目も合わさず無反応で何だか心がこもっていないサービスで、一見客にはこんなものなのかと悲しい気持ちになりました。 勝手に選んで勝手に会計してさっさと出て行けと体現されているかのような印象です。 唯一の救いはレジ対応して下さった店長と思われる年配男性の感じが良かった事位です。 ジャイアントは私の大好きな自転車メーカです。 そんなジャイアントの看板に傷を付けないように 特に若いスタッフはサービスを見直すべきではないでしょうか? 2020年8月11日追記 GIANTがネット販売をしてないのと、近くに名古屋店以外無いので、お盆休みに再び訪れました。 祝日の為お客さんは5〜6組は居て、そこそこ流行っているようです。 前回同様入店するもスタッフは特に反応ありません。 広い店内に接客担当と思われるスタッフは2人程しか居らず、他のお客さんの応対でいつまでたっても手が空く様子もなく、他のスタッフはレジ内に複数居るが外に出て来ようともせずに、結局パーツの適合など聞きたい事も聞く事が出来ず、実店舗に居ながらスマホで検索するハメに。 又、パーツ類は品揃えが限られており、その少ない品揃えの中でも品切れが多くてまともに商品選択出来ません。 通販してないから実店舗に足を運んでるのに、元から置いて無いとかあり得ないと思います。 因みに買い物を済ませてスタッフの目の前を通って店外に出て行くも勿論「ありがとうございました」はありません。 前回の悪い印象を払拭したく久しぶりに伺ったのですが、相変わらずの残念なお店です。
