Stocks are quite limited, so you'll usually need to wait a week or so to pick up the bike, but that's common enough, and you'd struggle to find larger clothing sizes. Staff are nice, though they are generally retail staff who ride bikes, not necessarily bike experts. There's almost always at least one technical person in store however. They have great after sales service if you buy a bike from them, checking and adjusting gears etc free of charge without appointment. If it will take time, you can just go across the street to Dai's pizza and wait until they call you.
