行く前に電話で買えるかの確認をしようとしたが、1時間以上通話中のまま通じず、電話が通じない理由を店員さんに聞いたら適当に流された。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに行く機会が増えたのと、JAF会報やクーポンアプリのオトクルにレンタル無料券があるので、時々利用するようになりました。
レンタル作品が豊富にあるわけでは無いですが、それなりにヒットした映画や人気バラエティのレンタルDVDは置いてあったので、たまにはDVDパッケージを見ながら気になる映画やバラエティを探すのも良いと思いました。
それから、いつのまにか旧作レンタル期間が7泊から14泊へ長くなっていたのと、返却予定日の翌日12時にまでに返却すれば延滞にならない点も良かったです。
セルフレジなので、店員さんと接する機会は殆どないですが、店内ですれ違っても「いらっしゃいませ」等は言われず無言スルーだったので、接客意欲が高く無い店員さんもいるようです。
宇都宮もレンタルDVD店が減りつつあるので、頑張って欲しいです。
