最初30円が200円、450円、1000円と各店バラバラ!!
査定時間も1時間と結構長いのも納得です。

レンタルコミックの種類も多く、1冊から1週間借りれるのは〇タヤと違っていいところ。
その他、DVDやブルーレイはもちろん、ゲームや中古の携帯、タブレット、最近はレンタルCDまで始めてますね。
再生に難があるときなども真摯に対応してくれるなど、店員さんもほぼ問題ないです。
ただ、セルフレジができてから、やたらとそちらばかり進める店員さんがいるんだよね。すっごく面倒そうな顔して。だから☆1つ減らします。

店長さんはいい感じだが、その他の従業員の態度がダメ。
これならTSUTAYAの方がレベルが高い。品揃えも豊富だし、正直にいえばゲームの限定ノベルティ以外負けてると思う

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 徒歩圏内にTSUTAYAが有るけど車で15分かけてもゲオを利用する。店員の対応がTSUTAYAより圧倒的に親切、丁寧。DVD レンタルも安い。他に家電の販売、中古スマホの販売、コミックレンタル等々幅広くやっとります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内でau (UQ )の乗り換えの勧誘にあった。勢いでDOCOMOから乗り換えする方向に成ったが面倒くさい。DVD レンタルしたかっただけなのに。(´Д` )海外アニメコーナーがディズニー含め、縮小されて、借りたかったやつが消えていた。品数豊富で家から近いTSUTAYAに今からは行く。いくら安くても目当てのDVD 無いとねぇ。､、､後日確認したら。違う棚に借りたかったDVD ありました。勘違いでした。ゲオ最高。

店員さんに聞きたいことがあり声を掛けたらレジに行けと高圧的に言われ
レジに行ったらめんどくさそうに対応されてせっかく楽しみにしていたゲームを買ったのに気分が乗らずもやもやが残ってその日はゲームを楽しんでプレイすることができませんでした。
ここだけかもしれないですが今回のことでゲオに不信感を持ってしまったので今後はゲオではない違うお店で買い物しようかなと思います。
ちなみに自分が行ったのは深夜帯でした。
他の時間帯は行っていないので分かりませんが深夜帯の店員さんの態度は最悪でした。
