裏通り側にあり、小さな店ですが、周囲の雰囲気とは違う空気を醸し出しているので、近くまで行けばすぐ分かると思います。
行った時間が閉店前とあって、すでにデコレーションケーキは全て売り切れ。ショートケーキを何品か買ってみました。
食べたのは生クリームとイチゴの乗ったショートケーキ。これ生クリームがたっぷりと乗ってるんです。そして甘さも控えめで、イチゴのほのかな酸味がいいアクセントになってました。
スポンジの部分もしっとりとした食感で、生クリームとの相性も良かった。それぞれ全てが丁寧に作り込まれている感じがしましたね。
ケーキの他にもいろいろとあったので、機会があれば今度はそちらも買ってみようと思います。

I ate a shortcake with fresh cream and strawberries. This has plenty of fresh cream on it. The sweetness was also modest, and the slight acidity of the strawberries was a nice accent.
The sponge part also had a moist texture, and it went well with fresh cream. I felt that everything was carefully crafted.
There were many other things besides cakes, so if I have a chance, I'll buy them as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロールケーキが人気ナンバーワン！らしく、凄く美味しかったです。中の生クリームは甘過ぎず、後味がスッキリした牛乳っぽい感じで、コーヒーとよく合いました！！昼で売り切れることもあるらしく、どうしても食べたいときは要予約！！あと、パリパリシューという、シュークリームも凄く美味しかったです。外は名前の通りパリパリで、中はクリームが詰まっていて美味しかったです！他のケーキも色々食べてみたい！残念なのは、日祝が休みなのと、駐車場が無いから店の前に路駐するか、近くのスーパーにコッソリ駐めるしかないこと。
