★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上田菅平インターチェンジの近く、見晴らしの良い公園です。見晴らし広場と遊具のある児童公園とが離れていて高低差もあるので注意して下さい。駐車場とトイレはどちらにもあります。見晴らし広場は春はお花見、夏は花火大会を見るのにも良い場所です。
 It is a park with a good view near the Ueda Kippei interchange. Please be aware that there is a difference in elevation between the open space and the children's park with play equipment. There is a parking lot and a toilet in both. The view space is a good place to see cherry blossoms in spring and to see fireworks in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道144号線を真田町方面に向かい「住吉北」信号（横断歩道橋あり）を左折してまっすぐ、つきあたりに看板があります。
右手のやや狭い道をひたすら登って行くと、広い駐車場にでます。
「見晴らしの丘広場」の名の通り、360度気持ちのいい展望です。
移築した「陣馬塚古墳跡」もあります。
桜の木がたくさんあり、お花見にも良いところです。
看板から左側を回って行くと「幼児遊戯広場」のある駐車場です。
ただここから「見晴らしの丘広場」までは、ちょっと長い遊歩道を登ります。
Take Route 144 toward Sanadamachi, turn left at the "Sumiyoshi Kita" traffic light (with a pedestrian bridge), go straight, and there is a signboard at the end.
If you just climb the narrow road on your right, you will reach a large parking lot.
As the name of "View Hill Square" suggests, it is a 360-degree view.
There is also a relocated "Jinmazuka Kofun Site".
There are many cherry blossom trees and it is a good place to see cherry blossoms.
If you go around the left side from the signboard, you will find a parking lot with "Toddler Play Square".
However, from here to "View Hill Square", climb a slightly long promenade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年1月1日この公園の「見晴らしの丘」へのぼりました。（すぐそばに駐車場あり）
冬でもとてもいい眺めですよ。南に蓼科山と八ヶ岳連峰。北西には北アルプスの白い峰の連続、槍の穂先もちょっぴりと見えます。そして真ん前に上田市民の山「太郎山」がドスンとあります。
また軽井沢方面から下ってくる車が見える高速道の眺めも抜群です。。ｚ
January 1, 2022 I climbed the "view hill" of this park. (There is a parking lot right next to it)
It's a very nice view even in winter. Mt. Tateshina and the Yatsugatake mountain range to the south. To the northwest, you can see a series of white peaks in the Northern Alps and the tip of the spear. And right in front of you is the mountain "Mt. Taro" of Ueda citizens.
The view of the highway where you can see the cars coming down from the direction of Karuizawa is also outstanding. .. z

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北側駐車場から登るのが楽しいです。見晴らしの丘はとても眺めがいいです。冬場はトイレが使えません。
It's fun to climb from the north parking lot. The view hill has a very nice view. Toilets cannot be used in winter.
