創ったばかりの とき りんご を店の奥から出して試食させていただきました。これも抜群でした❗
A-FACTORY内のジェラート屋さんにも出店しているとのことです。前日にA-FACTORY内のジェラート屋さんで食べており、同じくらい美味しいと思っていたのですが、納得できました。オススメです❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 季節限定ですが、ヨモギや胡桃といった和のテイストもあります。弘前の嶽きみ（トウモロコシ）を使ったのは珍しいだけでなく、美味しいです。胡桃や嶽きみのは粒々が残っていて、その存在感を一層引き出しています。お店は小さいですがアウガの近くなので、わかりやすいです。
Although it is seasonal, there are also Japanese tastes such as mugwort and walnut. Not only is it rare to use Hirosaki's corn, it's delicious. Grains of walnuts and bamboo shoots remain, further enhancing their presence. The shop is small, but near the auga, so it's easy to understand.

元々ゴマが好きなので、アイスもゴマにしましたが、本当に美味しかった！
今度はフルーツ系にチャレンジしてみようかな。
