コチラで販売しているのは看板商品のガトーラスク「クーテ・デ・ロワ」を中心にいくつかの焼き菓子などがありました。
購入したのは１１月１日から販売開始したクーテ・デ・ロワ プレミアム、クーテ・デ・ロワの両面にクリーミーでマイルドなクーベルチュールミルクチョコレートをコーテイングしたお菓子です。口にするとサクッとした心地よい食感に続いてカカオのほろ苦く深みのある味わいが口の中に広がってなかなかにイケますね。
今回は自分用としての購入でしたが、贈り物としても喜ばれそうですね。ワタクシもどこかに手土産が必要な時には候補として覚えておくことにします。
